Breathing techniques can be used as a tool for a deeper understanding of your body and emotions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Working with tension in the body &#8211; relaxation through touch<\/strong><br \/>\nMassage and bodywork techniques that focus on releasing tension and relaxing muscles. Focus on trigger points and tensions that block the free flow of energy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Deep body relaxation &#8211; integrative massage<\/strong><br \/>\nMassage combining various techniques, adapted to the individual needs of participants, aimed at restoring the harmony of body and mind.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Stretching and body mobilizing exercises<\/strong><br \/>\nA set of simple but effective exercises supporting joint mobilization, increasing flexibility and releasing tension.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Conscious touch as a tool for relaxation and openness<\/strong><br \/>\nConscious touch techniques that help deepen the relationship with your own body and teach how to use touch to achieve full relaxation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Releasing emotions through the body<\/strong><br \/>\nLearning how to recognize and release emotions stored in the body.
