Our workshops and trainings offer the opportunity to work with the body, mind and emotions. Thanks to the individual approach, each session is tailored to your needs. We focus on developing skills that improve the quality of everyday life and building inner harmony. The workshops are intended for people who want to gain knowledge and skills, improve their health, balance and relationships with others. For shorter sessions, we can focus on one or two topics, while longer sessions can include more material, practical exercises, and elements of reflection and discussion.

A workshop devoted to developing the ability to set healthy boundaries, both in private and professional life. Learning assertiveness as a key tool in building healthy relationships.

– Working with intention
Focus on consciously setting intentions in working with the body and communication. Intention as a guide in action – in massage, relaxation, and also in everyday interactions.

– Breathing techniques for deep relaxation
Learning conscious breathing that helps release tension and calm the mind. Breathing techniques can be used as a tool for a deeper understanding of your body and emotions.

– Working with tension in the body – relaxation through touch
Massage and bodywork techniques that focus on releasing tension and relaxing muscles. Focus on trigger points and tensions that block the free flow of energy.

– Deep body relaxation – integrative massage
Massage combining various techniques, adapted to the individual needs of participants, aimed at restoring the harmony of body and mind.

– Stretching and body mobilizing exercises
A set of simple but effective exercises supporting joint mobilization, increasing flexibility and releasing tension.

– Conscious touch as a tool for relaxation and openness
Conscious touch techniques that help deepen the relationship with your own body and teach how to use touch to achieve full relaxation.

– Releasing emotions through the body
Learning how to recognize and release emotions stored in the body. Touch and bodywork techniques support emotional balance and peace.
